Organisational skills, exam techniques and stress relief for High School students!

We all know getting through each day at school can be tough, but this four hour workshop will help you power through your assignments and your exam preparation whilst leaving you with strategies to manage your own stress levels! This jam packed one day workshop will look at:

·         Designing your perfect home study environment,

·         time management skills,

·         organisation and filing,

·         managing your workload,

·         dealing with distractions,

·         overcoming procrastination,

·         effective use of class time,

·         note taking skills,

·         examination preparation,

·         test taking techniques,

·         what to do AFTER your results come back and

·         stress reduction strategies!

 Participants should bring with them their school diary, and all text and workbooks used in one of their subjects. If possible, please also bring one marked assignment/project or examination.

Cost:            Full Registration   $90 (inc GST)

           Registration starts at 10.00am and the course finishes at 4pm.
